In a world of mass production, we choose the slow path. Every ChocoLuxe creation takes 3–5 days from raw cacao to finished piece — because great chocolate cannot be rushed.
Origin Selection
We travel to Ecuador, Madagascar, and Peru each harvest season to hand-select cacao from farms we've partnered with for over a decade.
Stone-Ground Conching
Our cacao is conched for 72 hours in granite stone mills — developing complexity that industrial machines achieve in 8 hours.
Hand Tempering
Every batch is hand-tempered on marble slabs to achieve the signature snap, gloss, and melt of true couverture chocolate.
